Message On Hold ~ On Hold India
You know what? I spoke to about ten of my friends and colleagues the other day and asked them just one simple question. If they call up a store or an organization and they have to wait before they get connected to the desired person, what would be their expectation while they are waiting? And you know what! Almost all of them said that they would like to be hearing some relevant message while on hold, simply not silence. And that if they were treated to silence, they would feel very frustrated and would simply hang up. That makes it ninety percent!

DTH services in india
What we are actually talking about here is a perfectly captive audience and the million-dollar opportunity to engage with them as long as they are on the line with you. Now, contrast this with any of the DTH services that are available in India. Companies spend millions of Rupees in advertising their brands on these DTH platforms, little realizing that out here, the viewer has the choice to record his favourite programs while completely erasing all the intermittent advertisements that lace the programs. He is, of course, smart, and he has smart options! But, out here, while he is on the line with you, he is available, and WILLING to hear all that you want to make him hear! Isn’t this great!
